• 2.1販売価格は、各商品ページに表示された金額（税込）です。The product price is the amount shown on each product page, including tax.
• 2.2商品代金以外に必要な料金は、インストール料と、お支払い時の銀行振込手数料（お客様のご負担）です。インストール料は当社の商品代金には含まれず、提携医師および製品の種類により異なります。標準的なインストール料金は提携医師のページに表示しています。製品やインストールの内容により個別の料金となる場合は、ご注文前にご案内します。Fees other than the product price: the installation fee, and the bank transfer fee when you pay, which you bear. The installation fee is not included in VivoKey Japan's product price and varies by partner physician and product type. Standard installation fees are shown on our partner physicians page. Where a fee is determined individually for the product or installation, we tell you before you order.
• 2.3インストール料は、インストール当日に提携医師へ直接お支払いください。当社がいただくのは商品代金のみで、通常のご注文について送料はかかりません。The installation fee is paid directly to the partner physician on the day of installation. VivoKey Japan charges only the product price, and there is no shipping charge for the original order.

• 3.1ご注文は1回につき1点までです。One implant per order.
• 3.218歳未満の方は、親権者の同意があればご注文いただけます。インストールの可否や条件（保護者の同席など）は提携医師の方針により異なりますので、ご注文前に必ず公式LINEでご相談ください。Under 18, you can order with a parent or guardian's consent. Whether the installation can be done, and on what conditions such as a guardian being present, depends on the partner physician's policy, so please consult us on the official LINE before ordering.

• 4.1支払方法：銀行振込Payment method: bank transfer.
• 4.2支払時期：前払いです。お振込みの期限は設けていません。ただし、当社が在庫をご案内してから24時間以上経過している場合は、お振込みの前に公式LINEで在庫をご確認ください。在庫確認後24時間以内のお振込みについては、その間在庫を確保します。それ以降のお振込みについては、在庫をお約束できません。Payment is made in advance. There is no payment deadline. However, if more than 24 hours have passed since we confirmed that stock was available, please check stock with us again on official LINE before making the transfer. Once stock has been reconfirmed, we will hold it for 24 hours. After that period, availability cannot be guaranteed.
• 4.3ご注文は、お客様からのお申し込みです。ご入金いただいた時点では売買契約は成立せず、当社が公式LINEでご注文を承諾し、インストールバウチャーを発行した時点で契約が成立します。当社がご注文をお受けできない場合は、お預かりした金額を全額返金します。Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. Payment alone does not form the sales contract. The contract is formed when VivoKey Japan accepts your order on official LINE and issues the installation voucher. If we cannot accept your order, we will refund the full amount received.
• 4.4インストール料は、インストール当日、ご予約の提携医師へ直接お支払いいただきます。The installation fee is paid directly to the partner physician you booked with, on the day of installation.

• 5.1ご注文を承諾した場合、インストールバウチャー（QRコード）の発行リンクを公式LINEでお送りします。バウチャーは、提携医師へのご予約およびご注文の確認に使用します。If we accept your order, we will send you a link via official LINE to issue your installation voucher (QR code). The voucher is used for booking with a partner physician and confirming your order.
• 5.2在庫品は、バウチャー発行後24時間以内を目安に、ご注文の商品を提携医師のもとへ発送します。取り寄せ商品その他これによらない場合は、ご注文前に発送時期をご案内します。For products in stock, we normally ship the product to the partner physician within 24 hours after issuing the voucher. For made to order products, or any other product that does not follow this schedule, we tell you the expected shipping time before you order.
• 5.3インプラント製品はお客様のご自宅には発送いたしません。提携医師のもとへの発送は、お客様への商品の引渡しまたは所有権の移転を意味するものではありません。インストールが完了するまで、商品の所有権は当社に留保されます。Products are not shipped to your home. Shipment to a partner physician does not constitute delivery of the product to you and does not transfer ownership to you. Ownership remains with VivoKey Japan until installation has been completed.
• 5.4KBR1 USBリーダーなどの周辺機器・アクセサリーは、インストールを伴いません。ご指定の住所へ発送し、お受け取りの時点で引渡しおよび所有権の移転となります。Peripherals and accessories, such as the KBR1 USB reader, do not require installation. They are shipped to the address you specify, and delivery and transfer of ownership take place on receipt.
• 5.5インプラント本体は、提携医師によるインストールが完了した時点でお客様に引き渡され、所有権がお客様に移ります。インストール前の製品を、お客様へ直接発送またはお渡しすることはありません。The implant is delivered to you, and ownership transfers to you, when installation by the partner physician has been completed. Products are not shipped or handed directly to customers before installation.
• 5.6提携医師のもとへの到着後、インストールを受ける時期は、お客様と提携医師との間で決定します。そのため、お客様への商品の引渡日は、お客様が予約されるインストール日によって異なります。After the product reaches the partner physician, the timing of installation is arranged between you and the partner physician. Accordingly, the date on which the product is delivered to you depends on the installation date you book.
• 5.7インストールバウチャーには独自の有効期限を設けていません。ただし、法令に定める消滅時効その他の期間制限には従います。長期間ご利用がない場合は、インストールを希望される時点で当社へご連絡ください。製品の保管状況および対応可能な提携医師を確認してご案内します。The installation voucher has no separate expiration date. Statutory limitation periods and other time limits provided by law still apply. If a long period has passed without use, please contact us when you wish to proceed; we will confirm the storage status of the product and the partner physicians then available.
• 5.8ご注文の商品が、インストール前の紛失、破損、生産終了その他の事情によりご用意できなくなった場合は、代替商品をご提案します。代替商品を希望されない場合は、商品代金を全額返金します。If the product you ordered becomes unavailable before installation due to loss, damage, discontinuation or other circumstances, we will offer an alternative product. If you do not wish to accept the alternative, we will refund the product price in full.

• 6.1ご注文がキャンセルまたは返金となった場合、その注文に対応するインストールバウチャーは無効となります。If an order is cancelled or refunded, the installation voucher associated with that order becomes invalid.
• 6.2契約成立日から30日以内にお客様のご都合でキャンセルを希望される場合は、商品代金を返金します。ただし、すでに商品を提携医師のもとへ発送している場合など、キャンセルに伴い返送・転送その他の追加費用が実際に発生したときは、その実費を返金額から差し引くことがあります。If you wish to cancel for your own reasons within 30 days from the date the contract is formed, we will refund the product price. If the product has already been shipped to a partner physician, or the cancellation otherwise causes actual additional costs such as return or forwarding shipping, those actual costs may be deducted from the refund.
• 6.3担当医師の医学的判断その他の事情により、ご予約の提携医師のもとでインストールを行えない場合があります。その場合は、他の提携医師によるインストールを含め、対応についてご案内します。The installation may not be able to proceed with the partner physician you booked, whether because of the attending physician's medical judgment or for other reasons. In that case we will advise you on the options available, including installation by another partner physician.
• 6.4お客様のご都合以外の理由（医師の判断など）でインストールを行うことができず、ご注文をキャンセルする場合は、商品代金を全額返金します。If installation ultimately cannot proceed for reasons not attributable to you and the order is cancelled, we refund the product price in full.
• 6.5提携医師側の都合によるキャンセルや日程変更について、インストール料の取扱いはお客様と提携医師との間で決定されます。インストールを受ける場所までの交通費・宿泊費その他の渡航費用は、原則としてお客様のご負担となります。If a partner physician cancels or reschedules, the handling of the installation fee is determined between you and the partner physician. As a general rule, travel, accommodation and other costs of travelling to the installation are borne by the customer.
• 6.6KBR1 USBリーダーなどの周辺機器・アクセサリーは、ご注文に基づき海外のメーカーから取り寄せる商品です。ご注文が確定し、お支払いを確認した時点以降は、お客様のご都合によるキャンセル・返品はお受けしておりません。Peripherals and accessories, such as the KBR1 USB reader, are brought in from the overseas manufacturer in response to your order. Once your order is confirmed and your payment received, we cannot accept a cancellation or return for a change of mind.
• 6.7商品に不具合がある場合、ご注文と異なる商品が届いた場合、輸送中に破損していた場合その他契約の内容に適合しない場合は、保証および法令に基づいて別途対応します。お客様のご都合によるキャンセルの定めは、これを制限するものではありません。A product that is faulty, is not the product you ordered, is damaged in transit, or otherwise does not conform to the contract, is handled under the warranty and under the law. The rule on cancellation for a change of mind does not limit that.
• 6.8インストール完了後は、商品の性質上、お客様都合による返品・返金はお受けしておりません。製品の不具合その他法令上認められる権利については、この限りではありません。After installation has been completed, returns and refunds for reasons of customer convenience are not accepted, given the nature of the product. This does not affect rights relating to product defects or other rights available under applicable law.
• 6.9キャンセル・返品・返金について、ここに定めた取扱いに当てはまらない個別のご事情がある場合は、当社までご相談ください。内容を伺ったうえで対応を検討します。Cancellations, returns and refunds can involve individual circumstances that these rules do not anticipate. If your situation is one of them, please contact us and we will hear it out and consider what we can do.

保証内容は製品の種類により異なります。いずれも製造元の保証規定であり、当社が独自に付与する保証ではありません。製造上の不具合については、製品系統ごとに製造元が公開している保証規定が適用され、その条件に従います。当社は、その手続きへのご案内と、日本語でのやり取りの代行を行います。The warranty differs by product type, and in every case it is the manufacturer's, not ours. VivoKey Japan does not grant a warranty of its own: a manufacturing defect is covered by the manufacturer's published policy for that product family, on that policy's own terms. What we do is help you reach that process and handle it in Japanese on your behalf.

ガラス製インプラント（xシリーズ）Glass implants (x-series)

• 7.1.1製造元による限定生涯保証の対象です。Limited lifetime warranty.
• 7.1.2製造元による限定生涯保証です。製造上の欠陥を対象とし、その製品ラインが続いている間、つまり製造元がその製品を製造しており、かつ在庫がある間は、製造上の欠陥による不具合を無償で交換します。The manufacturer provides a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects for the life of the product line: while it is still producing that product and the product is still in stock, a failure caused by a manufacturing defect is replaced free of charge.
• 7.1.3製造元の方針として、お受け取りから12か月を過ぎた交換については、製造元への返送その他の送料の実費をご負担いただく場合があります。金額は発送前にご案内します。Under the manufacturer's policy, the actual shipping cost on a warranty replacement, including return shipment to the manufacturer, may be charged more than 12 months after delivery. We tell you the amount before shipment.

バイオレジン製インプラント（Apex Spectrum）Bioresin implants (Apex Spectrum)

• 7.2.1製造元による限定生涯保証です。条件はガラス製インプラントと同じです。The manufacturer provides a limited lifetime warranty under the same conditions as glass implants.

フレックス製品（Apex Narrow、Apex Module）Flex implants (Apex Narrow, Apex Module)

• 7.3.1製造元による1年間の限定保証です。限定生涯保証の対象ではありません。A 1 year limited warranty from the manufacturer. The limited lifetime warranty does not apply.
• 7.3.2製造元による1年間の限定保証です。保証の適用には、専門家によるインストールおよび、インストール中の2つの場面（製品がパウチから清潔野に出される場面、医師が器具を使わず手で差し入れる場面）の録画などの条件があります。The manufacturer provides a one year limited warranty. Eligibility is subject to conditions including installation by a professional and video of two specific moments: the device coming out of its pouch onto the sterile field, and the physician placing it by hand without tools.
• 7.3.3製造元の方針として、フレックス製品では、お受け取りから6か月を過ぎた交換について、製造元への返送その他の送料の実費をご負担いただく場合があります。金額は発送前にご案内します。Under the manufacturer's policy, the actual shipping cost on a warranty replacement, including return shipment to the manufacturer, may be charged more than 6 months after delivery on flex products. We tell you the amount before shipment.
• 7.3.4製造元の保証の対象は、本体の無償交換です。摘出の処置料および交換品の再インストール料は提携医師が定めるもので、この保証の対象には含まれません。What the manufacturer's warranty covers is free replacement of the device itself. The fee for removing a unit and the installation fee for the replacement are set by the partner physician and are not covered by that warranty.
• 7.3.5製造元の保証と、法令上お客様が有する権利は、別のものです。商品が契約の内容に適合しない場合には法令に基づく権利が適用され、当社は法令に従って対応します。The manufacturer's warranty and your rights under Japanese law are two separate things. Where a product does not conform to the contract, those statutory rights apply, and we handle such cases in accordance with the law.

磁石製品（mシリーズ）Magnets (m-series)

• 7.4.1製造元による限定生涯保証です。条件はガラス製インプラントと同じです。The manufacturer provides a limited lifetime warranty under the same conditions as glass implants.

周辺機器・アクセサリー等の配送商品Peripherals and accessories

• 7.5.1製造元による90日間の限定保証です。お受け取り後の正常な動作と耐久性を対象とし、お受け取りから90日以内に不具合が確認された場合は交換されます。The manufacturer provides a 90 day limited warranty covering proper operation and durability after receipt. A product found defective within 90 days of receipt is replaced.

共通Common to all

• 7.6.1保証による交換品は、製造元の保証規定および在庫状況に基づき、製造元が決定します。The replacement product provided under warranty is determined by the manufacturer in accordance with its warranty terms and product availability.
• 7.6.2製品の不具合によらず、お客様のご希望により取り外しを行う場合の処置および費用については、お客様と医師との間でご確認ください。製造元の保証の対象ではありません。If you wish to have a product removed for a reason other than a defect, the procedure and its cost are a matter between you and the physician. It is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
• 7.6.3製造元の保証による交換は、製品本体を対象とします。故障した製品の除去の処置料および交換品のインストール料は保証に含まれず、提携医師が定める料金をお客様にお支払いいただきます。A replacement under the manufacturer's warranty covers the device itself. The fee for removing the faulty device and the installation fee for the replacement are not included in the warranty and are paid by the customer at the rate set by the partner physician.
• 7.6.4製造元の保証により交換品が提供される場合、交換品は当社が受領します。再インストールを希望される場合は、新しいインストールバウチャーを発行し、交換品を提携医師のもとへ発送します。If the manufacturer provides a replacement, VivoKey Japan receives it. If you wish to have it installed again, we issue a new installation voucher and send the replacement to a partner physician.
• 7.6.5再インストールを希望されない場合は、交換品をインプラントとして使用できない状態に無償で加工し、お客様へお渡しすることもできます。この場合、加工後の製品を体内へインストールすることはできません。If you do not wish to have the replacement installed again, we can instead modify it free of charge so that it can no longer be used as an implant, and provide it to you in that form. Once modified, the product cannot subsequently be installed in the body.
• 7.6.6製造元の保証による交換に伴い、製造元への返送その他の送料が発生する場合は、その実費をご負担いただくことがあります。お客様に送料をご負担いただく場合は、発送前に金額をご案内します。If shipping costs arise in connection with a replacement, including return shipment to the manufacturer, you may be asked to bear the actual cost. Where that applies, we tell you the amount before shipment.
• 7.6.7製品の不具合が疑われる場合は、原因確認のため、製品の状態、インストール時の状況その他必要な情報の確認や、摘出された製品の回収・調査をお願いすることがあります。If a product malfunction is suspected, we may ask to review the condition of the product and information about the installation, and may request recovery and examination of the product if it has been removed, in order to investigate the cause.
• 7.6.8保証は製造元によるものであり、当社が独自に付与するものではありません。当社は、保証申請のご案内および必要に応じた製造元とのやり取りをお手伝いします。The warranty is provided by the manufacturer and is not an additional warranty granted independently by VivoKey Japan. We assist with the claim process and, where necessary, with communication with the manufacturer.

• 8.1当社が行うこと。製品の輸入と販売、提携医師のもとへの発送、インストールバウチャーの発行、提携医師へのご紹介を行います。ご予約そのものはお客様と提携医師の間で行っていただき、提携医師がご予約を受け付けられる状態になりましたら、その旨をお客様へお伝えします。当社は日本国内における正規取扱窓口であり、ご注文に関する窓口となります。What VivoKey Japan does. We import the product, sell it, ship it to the partner physician, issue your installation voucher and introduce you to the partner physician. The booking itself is between you and the partner physician; we pass their message on to you when they are ready to take your booking. We are the authorized handler for these products in Japan and the point of contact for your order.
• 8.2インストールは提携医師が行います。製品は、製造元により滅菌済みで供給されるもの、または提携医師が使用前に滅菌するものがあります。当日の取り扱い、清潔野の管理、インストールそのものは、医師の医学的判断のもとで提携医師の側が実施します。当社はインストールに立ち会わず、指示も行いません。The installation is the partner physician's. Some products are supplied sterile by the manufacturer; others are sterilized by the partner physician before use. Handling on the day, the sterile field and the installation itself are carried out by the partner physician's side, under the physician's own medical judgment. VivoKey Japan is not present and does not direct it.
• 8.3インストールするかどうかは、お客様と医師が決めます。ご自身にインストールが適しているかどうかは、医師の診察と説明を受けたうえで、当日に判断されます。ご説明を受け、ご自身が納得し同意された場合にのみインストールを行います。The decision is yours and the physician's. Whether an implant is appropriate for you is decided on the day, after the physician has examined you and explained the procedure. The installation goes ahead only once you have heard that and confirmed you want to proceed.
• 8.4インストールに関する医学的判断、インストールの方法、衛生管理その他の医療行為は、提携先およびインストールを行う医師の責任において行われます。当社はインストールを行わず、インストールに関する医学的判断または医療行為を行いません。Medical decisions about the installation, the installation method, infection control and other medical care are carried out under the responsibility of the partner and the physician performing it. VivoKey Japan does not perform the installation and does not make medical decisions or provide medical care in connection with the installation.
• 8.5保証は製造元によるものであり、当社が独自に付与するものではありません。製造上の不具合については、製品系統ごとに製造元が公開している保証規定が適用され、その規定の条件に従います。当社は、その手続きへのご案内と、必要に応じた日本語でのやり取りの代行を行います。The warranty is the manufacturer's, not ours. VivoKey Japan does not grant a warranty of its own. Manufacturing defects are covered by the manufacturer's published policy for that product family, on that policy's own terms. What we do is help you reach that process and follow it through, in Japanese, on your behalf where that helps.
• 8.6お引渡しした商品が種類または品質において契約の内容に適合しない場合は、民法その他の法令に基づき、販売者として当社が責任を負います。この責任は、製造元による保証とは別のものです。If a product delivered to you does not conform to the contract as to its type or quality, VivoKey Japan remains responsible as the seller in accordance with the Civil Code and other applicable laws. This responsibility is separate from the manufacturer's warranty.
• 8.7製造物責任について。当社はこれらの製品を日本国内に輸入しており、製造物責任法上の「製造業者等」にあたります。同法に基づく責任は同法の定めるところにより適用され、本ページの「当社の役割と免責事項」の定めによって制限されるものではありません。VivoKey Japan imports these products into Japan and therefore falls within the statutory category of a "manufacturer, etc." under the Product Liability Act. Any liability under that Act applies in accordance with its provisions and is not limited by this page.
• 8.8本ページのうち、提携医師およびインストールに関する定めは、インプラント製品を対象とします。インストールを伴わずにお届けする周辺機器・アクセサリーは、その対象ではありません。The provisions on this page about partner physicians and installation apply to implant products. Peripherals and accessories, which are delivered without installation, are not subject to them.
• 8.9本ページのいずれの定めも、法令上当社が負うべき責任を排除するものではありません。当社の故意または重大な過失による場合の責任は本ページの定めにより制限されず、また消費者契約法、製造物責任法その他の強行法規によりお客様に認められる権利にも影響しません。Nothing anywhere in these terms removes responsibility that VivoKey Japan is required by law to bear. In particular nothing here limits our liability for intent or gross negligence, and it does not affect any right you have under the Consumer Contract Act, the Product Liability Act or any other mandatory provision of Japanese law.
