ガラス製のx-seriesメーカーによりMR Conditional（使用条件が文書で定められていること）とされています。アンテナには小さなフェライトコアの棒を内蔵しています。Dangerous Thingsのx-series向けMR資料での条件は、3テスラまで、検査中は継続的に患者を観察し、異常を感じた場合は直ちに中止することです。

Spark 2専用の資料があります。1.5Tと3T、最大空間磁場勾配40T/m、通常操作モード、全身平均SAR 2W/kg、連続RF照射60分まで。試験では、インプラントの移動や変位は確認されませんでした。

画像への影響インプラント付近には局所的なアーチファクトが出ます。その部位自体を撮像する場合は、アーチファクトのため取り外しを検討することがあると、メーカーは説明しています。

Apexこれらの対象外です。メーカーはApexについて、MRIに関するデータ、正式なMR資料、MRカードを提供していません。フレックス製品にフェライトコアはないと説明していますが、これは構造の説明であり、試験の結果でも安全性についての説明でもありません。検査の前に、医師と放射線科スタッフへお伝えください。

Glass x-seriesThe manufacturer designates them all MR Conditional, which means the conditions are written down. Each has a small ferrite rod core in its antenna. The Dangerous Things x-series MR advisory allows up to 3 T, with the patient monitored throughout and the scan stopped at once if anything is felt.

Spark 2Spark 2 has its own statement: 1.5 T and 3 T, maximum spatial field gradient 40 T/m, Normal Operating Mode, whole body averaged SAR 2 W/kg, up to 60 minutes of continuous RF. Testing found no movement or displacement after implantation.

On the imageExpect a local artifact around the implant. If that area itself has to be imaged, the manufacturer notes it may consider removal because of the artifact.

ApexNot covered by any of this. The manufacturer does not provide MRI data, a formal MR document, or an MR card for any Apex. It describes the flex products as having no ferrite core, but that describes how they are built; it is not a test result and not a safety statement. Tell your physician and the radiology staff before any scan.

BiomagnetsA magnet implant must be removed before an MRI. We supply magnets by request only, and we say this plainly when we do.
