インストールは、医師が行いますA physician performs the installation

提携医師によるインストールは東京都内の2か所（新宿区・大田区）で受けられます。インストール料は¥30,000〜¥35,000（税込）、ガラス製インプラント（xシリーズ）です。インストール料は提携医師が設定し、当日、提携医師へ直接お支払いいただきます。Partner physicians install at two locations in Tokyo (Shinjuku-ku and Ota-ku). The installation fee is ¥30,000 to ¥35,000 incl. tax, for a glass implant (x-series) procedure. The installation fee is set by your partner physician and paid to them directly on the day.

担当医は、別の勤務先で心臓外科医としても勤務しています。緊急の外科対応が入った場合、ご返信までお時間をいただくことや、当日でもご予約の変更をお願いすることがあります。遠方からお越しの場合は、その点だけあらかじめご了承ください。The physician here also works elsewhere as a cardiac surgeon. If emergency surgery comes up, replies may take longer, and we may need to ask you to reschedule even on the day. Please bear that in mind if you are traveling from far away.

表示のお支払い方法は、提携医師へお支払いいただくインストール料のものです。製品本体のお支払いは銀行振込のみです。The payment method shown is for the installation fee paid to the partner physician. The implant itself is paid to VivoKey Japan by bank transfer only.

上記のインストール料は、ガラス製xシリーズ（Spark 2、xSIID、NExT v2）を標準位置、親指と人差し指のあいだの水かき部分にインストールする場合の料金です。それ以外の位置は料金が異なります。ご希望の位置がありましたら公式LINEからお知らせください。提携医師に確認いたします。The fees above are for the glass x-series (Spark 2, xSIID, NExT v2) in the standard position, the web between the thumb and index finger. Another position is priced differently. Tell us on the official LINE account which position you would like and we will ask the partner physician for you.

フレックス製品はインストールも料金も別ですA flex implant is a different installation and a different fee

Apex NarrowやModuleのようなフレックス製品はインストールの内容が異なるため、提携医師が別の料金を設定しています。その金額は、ご注文前にVivoKey Japanからお伝えします。ここに表示している料金には含まれません。A flex implant such as an Apex Narrow or Module is a different installation, and the partner physician sets a different fee for it. VivoKey Japan confirms that figure with you before you order. The fees shown here do not cover it.

お近くに提携医師がいない場合、当社から医師にご連絡するより、患者さんご本人からお尋ねいただくほうが話が進みます。If there is no partner physician near you, a patient asking their own doctor gets further than us contacting physicians who have never heard of this.

  1. ご自身が通える先の医師にお尋ねください。かかりつけの先生で結構です。Ask a doctor you would actually go to. Your own doctor is fine.
  2. 下の文をそのままお使いください。ご説明は不要です。Use the sentence below. You do not have to explain anything.
  3. お断りされても構いません。一度で十分です。If they say no, that is fine. Once is enough.
  4. 結果は公式LINEでお知らせください。その先は当社が対応します。Tell us on official LINE either way. We take it from there.
