費用の総額What does it cost, all in?

本体とインストールは、別々のお支払いです。本体の代金は当社へ、インストール料は当日提携医師へ。合計はこのページの最初に載せています。The implant and the procedure are billed separately. You pay VivoKey Japan for the implant, and you pay the partner physician for the procedure on the day. The total is the first thing on this page.

インストール料の列はガラス製インプラント（xシリーズ）で、提携医師全体の範囲です。Apex Narrow、Apex Module、Apex Spectrumは表に含めていません。インストールの内容が異なり、インストール料は提携医師が案件ごとに定めるもので、公開していないためです。金額は、ご注文前にお伝えします。The installation fee column is for a glass implant (x-series) procedure, and it is the range across every partner physician. Apex Narrow, Apex Module and Apex Spectrum are not in the table: those are a different installation, the partner physician sets that fee per case and it is not published. We tell you the figure before you order.

お支払いは銀行振込のみ。クレジットカードや電子マネーは使えません。入金確認後、インストールバウチャーを公式LINEでお送りし、本体は担当の提携医師のもとへ直送します。限定生涯保証：製造元による限定生涯保証です。製造上の欠陥を対象とし、その製品ラインが続いている間、つまり製造元がその製品を製造しており、かつ在庫がある間は、製造上の欠陥による不具合を無償で交換します。Apex Narrow、Apex Module、その他のフレックス製品（特注）は、製造元による1年間の限定保証です（対象は製造上の不具合）。1年間の限定保証には、専門家によるインストール（当社では提携医師）と、インストール中の2つの場面（製品がパウチから清潔野に出される場面、医師が器具を使わず手で差し入れる場面）の録画が条件になります。製品系統ごとの詳しい条件は、特商法に基づく表記のページに記載しています。Bank transfer only, no card, no e-money. Once payment is confirmed, the installation voucher is sent by official LINE and the implant ships straight to your partner physician. Limited lifetime warranty: The manufacturer provides a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects for the life of the product line: while it is still producing that product and the product is still in stock, a failure caused by a manufacturing defect is replaced free of charge. Apex Narrow, Apex Module, and other flex products by special order: 1 year limited warranty from the manufacturer, on manufacturing defects. The 1 year limited warranty is conditional on installation by a professional (for VivoKey Japan customers, a partner physician) and on video of two specific moments: the device coming out of its pouch onto the sterile field, and the physician placing it by hand without tools. 提携医師によるインストールは東京都内の2か所（新宿区・大田区）で受けられます。インストール料は¥30,000〜¥35,000（税込、ガラス製xシリーズ）で、当日、提携医師へ直接お支払いいただきます。当社は一切受け取りません。Partner physicians install at two locations in Tokyo (Shinjuku-ku and Ota-ku), fee ¥30,000 to ¥35,000 incl. tax for the glass x-series procedure, paid to the partner physician on the day. VivoKey Japan receives no part of it.

提携医師のエリア・料金・対応日・お支払いPartner physicians: areas, fees, days and payment

インストールを受ける場所は、ご注文確定後にお客様へお知らせします。インストールバウチャーに住所・連絡先が表示され、ご予約はそこからお客様ご自身で提携医師へ行っていただきます。You are told where to go when your order is confirmed: the installation voucher carries the address and contact, and you book with your partner physician directly.
