Spark 2、xSIID、NExT v2、その他のxシリーズ（特注）は限定生涯保証。Apex Narrow、Apex Module、その他のフレックス製品（特注）は1年間の限定保証。Apex Spectrum、およびdシリーズ（dNExT、dT5など、特注）は限定生涯保証。KBR1 USBリーダーなど、インストールを伴わない商品は90日間の限定保証。フレックス製品は、専門家によるインストールとその録画が条件です。いずれも製造元による保証であり、当社が独自に付与するものではありません。Spark 2, xSIID, NExT v2, and other x-series by special order: limited lifetime warranty. Apex Narrow, Apex Module, and other flex products by special order: 1 year limited warranty. Apex Spectrum, and the d-series (dNExT, dT5) by special order: limited lifetime warranty. KBR1 USB reader, and other products delivered without installation: 90 day limited warranty. The flex terms are conditional on installation by a professional and video of the installation. All of these are the manufacturer's warranty, not ours.

大田区（東京）で最初の提携医師（4月）。12月4日、VivoKey Japan合同会社を設立。The first partner physician, in Ota-ku, Tokyo (April). VivoKey Japan G.K. is incorporated on December 4.
2024
東京で2件目の提携先が加わる（7月）。A second partner in Tokyo joins (July).
2026
Apexシリーズをお取り寄せ品として日本で案内開始。The Apex line is offered in Japan by special order.

VivoKey Technologiesはセキュア認証を担うブランドです。Spark 2、Apexプラットフォーム、Verify APIを手がけています。複製されうる一般的なRFIDタグとは違い、インプラントが本物であることを暗号で証明するために生まれました。Dangerous Thingsはハードウェアと販売、コミュニティを担うブランドです。x-seriesのガラス製インプラント、flexインプラント、ツールに加え、セキュア製品ではない一般的なトランスポンダも幅広く扱います。創業者はどちらもAmal Graafstraです。VivoKey Technologies is the secure identity side: Spark 2, the Apex platform, the Verify API. It exists so an implant can prove cryptographically that it is genuine, something a plain RFID tag cannot do. Dangerous Things is the hardware, retail and community side: the x-series glass implants, flex implants and tools, including many standard transponders that are not secure VivoKey devices. Both were founded by Amal Graafstra.

つまり、インプラントのすべてがセキュアなVivoKey製品というわけではありません。Spark 2とApexはセキュア製品、xSIIDとNExT v2はインプラント型の一般的なNFCトランスポンダで、LEDと日常の共有用途のために選ばれています。VivoKey Japanは両ブランドの日本正規輸入・販売元として、用途に合う製品選びをお手伝いします。So not every implant is a secure VivoKey product. Spark 2 and Apex are; xSIID and NExT v2 are standard NFC transponders in implant form, chosen for the LED and for everyday sharing. VivoKey Japan imports and distributes for both brands, and helps you pick the right one for the job.

  • 製品案内と用途の確認Helps you chooseどの製品が用途に合うか、何ができないかを、先にお伝えします。Which implant suits the job, and what it cannot do.
  • ご注文の受付Takes the orderご注文は1回につき1点。お支払いは銀行振込、価格はすべて税込表示です。One implant per order, paid by bank transfer, prices shown incl. tax.
  • インストールバウチャーの発行Issues the installation voucherインストールバウチャーの発行リンクは、お客様のご入金を確認後、24時間以内に公式LINEでお客様へお送りします。The installation voucher link is sent by official LINE within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
  • 提携医師のもとへ直送Ships to your physicianVivoKey Japanがお客様のお支払いを確認後、通常24時間以内に発送（郵便ポストへの投函）いたします。その後の集荷・配達の時期は日本郵便の運行によります。VivoKey Japan usually dispatches within 24 hours of confirming the customer's payment (the parcel goes into a Japan Post box). Pickup and delivery after that follow Japan Post's schedule.
  • テキストでのサポートWritten support, JP and EN日本語でも英語でも、公式LINEで。インストールの前も後も。Japanese or English, through official LINE, before and after installation.

VivoKey Japanが行わないことWhat VivoKey Japan does not do

  • インストールは行いませんDoes not perform the installation医師によるインストールを、VivoKey Japan自身の基準としています。インストール料は各提携医師が定めます。Installation is done by a physician. That is VivoKey Japan's own standard, and the partner physician sets their own fee.
  • インプラント単体の販売はしませんDoes not sell implants on their ownすべてのインプラントはインストールバウチャーとセットです。店頭での単体販売はありません。Every implant is sold with an installation voucher. There is no over-the-counter sale.
  • お客様への発送はしませんDoes not ship to customers製品本体は提携医師のもとにのみ送ります。当日まで開封されないためです。The implant ships to your partner physician, never to your home, so it stays sealed until the day.
