できないことWhat it does not do

  • 決済にはお使いいただけません。VivoKey Japanは決済対応のインプラントを取り扱っていません。店舗や交通機関のリーダーは決済事業者が管理するネットワークにつながっており、事業者側が対応しない限り、インプラントでの支払いはできません。Not for payment. VivoKey Japan does not sell payment-capable implants. Store and transit readers run on networks controlled by the payment operators, and an implant could only pay if those operators chose to support it.
  • LEDは非搭載。共有はインプラント本体への書き込みではなく、アプリ経由です。No LED. Sharing goes through the app; nothing is written onto the implant itself.

Spark 2：保存ではなく証明Spark 2: proof, not storage

Spark 2は暗号チャレンジに応答するだけで、読み取ってコピーできるようなデータは保存しません。意味を持たせるのはインプラントではなく、アプリとVerify APIです。Spark 2 answers a cryptographic challenge; there is no readable data on it to copy. The app and the Verify API carry the meaning, not the implant.

プライバシーについてPRIVACY

書き込み可能なチップとは異なるプライバシーの仕組みA different privacy model from a writable chip

認証のたびにVivoKeyのVerify APIと通信するため、確認にはお使いのスマートフォンとインプラントだけでなくVivoKeyのサーバーも関わります。Spark 2本体には読み取れる個人データを保存しません。何を共有するかはSpark Actionsアプリ側で決まります。検証結果をご自身のシステムでどう扱うかについて、VivoKeyもVivoKey Japanも関与しません。Each check runs through VivoKey's Verify API, so a check involves VivoKey's servers, not only your phone and the implant. Spark 2 itself stores no readable personal data, and the Spark Actions app decides what a check shares. How you handle a verified result inside your own system is not something VivoKey or VivoKey Japan involves itself in.

Verify API（開発者向け）Verify API, for developers

アプリがインプラントと通信し、その証明をVerify APIへ送ると、短時間だけ有効な署名付き結果（JWT）が返ります。その結果にどんな意味を持たせるかは、自分のシステム側で決められます。The app talks to the implant, sends the proof to the Verify API, and receives a short-lived signed result (JWT) that your own backend can check. What that result means inside your system stays under your control.

Spark 2はアンテナにフェライトコアを内蔵しています。当社の取り扱い製品の中で唯一、MR Conditionalの正式資料があり、1.5Tおよび3Tで評価され、試験ではインプラントの移動や変位は確認されなかったと明記されています。インプラント付近に局所的なアーチファクトが出るため、検査スタッフに位置をお伝えください。Spark 2 has a ferrite core in its antenna, and it is the one implant here with a formal MR Conditional statement: evaluated at 1.5 T and 3 T, with testing finding no movement or displacement after implantation. A local imaging artifact near the implant is expected, so tell the imaging staff where it is.

Spark 2は、製造元による限定生涯保証です（対象は製造上の不具合）。製品系統ごとの詳しい条件は、特商法に基づく表記のページに記載しています。Spark 2: limited lifetime warranty from the manufacturer, on manufacturing defects. The full terms for every product family are on the terms page.

限定生涯保証Limited lifetime warranty

製造元による限定生涯保証です。製造上の欠陥を対象とし、その製品ラインが続いている間、つまり製造元がその製品を製造しており、かつ在庫がある間は、製造上の欠陥による不具合を無償で交換します。交換品は、製造元が保証規定と在庫状況に基づいて決定します。交換のために取り外す際の費用は、お客様のご負担となります。The manufacturer provides a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects for the life of the product line: while it is still producing that product and the product is still in stock, a failure caused by a manufacturing defect is replaced free of charge. The replacement is determined by the manufacturer, under its warranty terms and product availability. The fee for removing a faulty unit is the customer's.

インストール料INSTALLATION FEE
インストール料は提携医師が設定し、当日、提携医師へ直接お支払いいただきます。ガラス製xシリーズは提携医師により¥30,000〜¥35,000（税込）です。The installation fee is set by your partner physician and paid to them directly on the day. Currently ¥30,000 to ¥35,000 incl. tax for the glass x-series, depending on the partner physician.
  • ご注文は1回につき1本まで。18歳未満は親権者の同意が必要。詳しくは注文前に確認をご覧ください。One implant per order. Under 18: guardian's consent required. See before you order.
  • インストールは提携医師が行います。インストールを受ける場所はインストールバウチャーでお知らせします。A partner physician places it. Your installation voucher tells you where to go.
  • 確認事項をお読みのうえご注文いただき、銀行振込でお支払いください。Read the acknowledgements, then order and pay by bank transfer.
  • ご予約はお客様ご自身でお取りください。Please make the appointment with your partner physician yourself.
  • 当日は身分証とバウチャーをお持ちください。Please bring your ID and the voucher on the day.
